    You can return or exchange items within 20 days of purchase as long as they’re unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
    Please include your order number, reason for return, and email your tracking info to returns@fluxactive.co.uk or sales@fluxactive.co.uk once posted to: Flux, Queens Dock Business Centre, 67–83 Norfolk Street, Liverpool, L1 0BG. Refunds are processed to your original payment method (excluding postage) within 30 working days.
