Returns & Exchanges
Please scan the QR code on the back of your packaging to find out all information on returns & exchanges!
If you are not happy with your items received, you can return them to Flux within 20 days of purchase. Christmas returns are valid until January 21st!
On returning your items, you will be entitled to receive an exchange if your returned items do not appear to be washed, worn or that are not in original purchase condition. Please label your returns with your order number and reason for return.
Once packaged up and ready to return, please send to our returns department address which is stated below. We can not refund the cost of the original postage. Also, if your item comes back smelling of perfume, odour or any damage to the garment you will not be refunded.
Please attach all tracking information for the return parcel to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, so we can ensure your return arrives at our department. You can also contact us via DM on Instagram for quicker response times.

If you’d like a refund, these will be given at the original purchase price (excluding initial delivery charge) and made to your original method of payment.
On rare occasions, some refunds may take longer than expected to process, however, all refunds will be processed within 30 working days. Once your order has been refunded you will receive a notification via our website. Please ensure all tracking numbers are emailed to us once the item is returned. If we do not receive the tracking number of the item, we cannot confirm the status of your return order. This may lead to a delay in the process.
How to cancel an order?
If for any reason, you want to cancel an order or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund (less postage), please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com before the period of 20 days from the date your purchase is received has ended. This is the cancellation period you have under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Please keep hold of the receipt that they give you, as this is your proof of postage. Make sure your items are secure and properly labelled to ensure they get back to us safely. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
If for any reason your order arrives and it’s not the right size or it’s the wrong colour, then don’t worry, you can exchange it for something else. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and send everything back to us by post using a service. If there’s a price difference between what you purchased originally and the exchange product, we’ll either refund the difference or give you a phone call to take the additional payment.
Unfortunately, we can only offer exchanges within the UK.
